Welcome to the Full Send Racing Lounge website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in the services we offer, including booking and use of our racing simulator lounge.

1. Who We Are

Full Send Racing Lounge is a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 10 and over. Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during in-person sessions.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings for simulator sessions must be made via our website or directly at our venue. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

We accept VISA and Mastercard. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your online booking within 14 days of purchase. However, if your session is scheduled within that 14-day period and you agree for the service to begin, your right to cancel may be waived.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • No refunds for pre booked events
  • 24 hrs before your event, balance must be paid in full.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email or phone call

5. Conduct and Safety

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, you agree to:

  • Follow all staff instructions and safety procedures.
  • Refrain from operating simulators while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Respect other guests and our equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from our premises if they breach these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of our simulators and facilities is at your own risk.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, we will not be liable for:
  • Personal injury or property damage, unless caused by our negligence;
  • Indirect or consequential losses.

You may be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in certain activities.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
