Where do I find you? 
What time are you open?
- Sunday to Thursday: 11am – 8pm

Is there proper attire to follow?
Dress comfortably and wear flat-soled shoes.
How much does it cost?

Are there age and height restrictions?
We have a minimum age of 10 due to the challenge of the experience. The minimum height is 152cm, and the maximum height is 210cm.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, we highly recommend that you book your slot in advance.
Can I cancel my booking?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your online booking within 14 days of purchase.
However, if your session is scheduled within that 14-day period and you agree for the service to begin, your right to cancel may be waived.
What are your cancellations and refund policy?
- No refunds for pre-booked events.
- 24 hours before your event, the balance must be paid in full.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email or phone call.
